4 fresh sea bass fish ties or fillets
1 small, chopped onion
1 slice (walnut size) fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
1 cup of fresh, chopped cilantro
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of lime juice
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
2 teaspoons crushed lime zest
2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno pepper
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Sea salt to taste

You need to take a blender or food processor. Combine onions, ginger, cilantro, garlic, and chili. Add olive oil, lime juice, lime zest, and pepper. Pulse until the ingredients form a paste.
