Recently I fell in love with a new food called Chia Seeds Pudding. I have tried Chia seed pudding and it is one of the most fun desserts to make. I am forever this is a great way to start my day. This is a super easy and healthy dessert that you can eat at any time of the day. If you haven't tried it before and you are a chocolate lover like me, get ready to fall in love. Yes, please! I like "healthy" foods that I like that are not so healthy for you so this was okay for me.

        I started trying and developing a few recipes for chia seed pudding on my own. Most of the recipes I found were non-protein so I decided to supplement my own with protein. Chia seeds protein pudding is a healthy pack punch. Because the Chia seed diet is loaded with healthy nutrients. This makes it a great choice for a healthy chia seed breakfast or chia seeds in smoothies are a healthy dessert.

How to Make a Delicious Protein Chia Seed Sweet Pudding?

Two Recipes for Chia Seed Protein Pudding

Chia Protein Pudding Recipe No. 1:

Chia seeds, Vanilla, Almond + Coconut (4 serve):

2 cups Almond milk (or preferred milk)

4 Tsp. Pure shredded coconut (and more for sprinkling)

2 Tsp. Madagascar Vanilla Extract (I like this vanilla extract because of its deep taste.)

8 Tsp. Chia Seeds

4 Tsp. Almonds

2 Tsp. Maple Syrup (or honey)

4 Spoons Protein Powder (Grass-fed whey vanilla. But you can use your favorite plant or animal-based protein powder - about 20g per cup)

What to use if you like creamier flavor milk?

        You can use not only vanilla-flavored almond milk but also roasted almond coconut milk for a rich flavor.

How to:

Mix well Chia seeds, almond milk, coconut, vanilla extract, and also maple syrup.

- Add the protein powder and mix with a whisk to break it down. Keep mixing until you have no lumps of protein powder in the mixtures.

- Pour into 4 cups and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

- Remove from the fridge and stir in the chia seed protein pudding. This is to make sure the chia seeds get absorbed ( because sometimes they will sink to the bottom).

- Return to the refrigerator and allow it to sit for a few hours or overnight. Keep in the fridge until the mixture resembles pudding or jelly.

Chia Double Cacao Chocolate Pudding Recipe No. 2:

4 cup Chocolate Proteins (animal or plant-based)

8 Tsp. Chia Seeds

4 Tsp. Cacao Nibs (and needed more for decorations)

2 Tsp. Maple Syrup or Honey

4 Tsp. Chocolate Hemp Seeds (in this place you can use semi-sweet chips but you will not get the benefits of hemp)

2 cups Almond Milk

* If you like chocolate + peanut butter, add 1 Tsp. of peanut butter (or almond butter) to the mixture for that both chocolate and peanut flavor.

How to Make the Best Double Cacao Chocolate?

- Pour into 4 cups and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

- Return to the refrigerator and allow it to sit for a few hours or overnight. Keep in the fridge until the mixture resembles jelly or pudding.
