What you need:
1 can of black beans, drained
1 can of red kidney beans, drained
2 teaspoons of sea salt
1 can of adobo sauce in (chipotle peppers)
1 can of diced tomatoes
2 teaspoons cumin
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 teaspoons of garlic powder
1 can of beer, preferably lager
Toppings of your choice (cheese, onion, or avocado)

Remove the chipotle peppers from the can and reserve the adobo sauce. Remove seeds and ribs before chopping.
Put olive oil in a large pan, And also keep your pan over a campfire. Cook the onion until soft, and then add the black beans, kidney beans, chopped chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, tomatoes (with juice), beer, sea salt, and cumin and garlic powder. Stir to combine the ingredients well.

1 can of beans, drained and rinsed

1 can of rinsed and drained pinto beans
1 large can heat roasted tomatoes
2 carrots, peeled and finely chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, chopped
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
3 cups of vegetable broth
1 tablespoon of tomato puree
3 tablespoons of chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin

Light the campfire. because we are going to cook our recipe at the campfire. Take olive oil and heat it over hot coals from the campfire. Fry the carrot, pepper, and onion until soft, about 5 minutes. Stir in not only the jalapeno but also garlic and cook them for 1.5 minutes more. Pour in the tomato puree, and then add the black beans, kidney beans, pinto beans, tomatoes, and vegetable stock. Season with cumin, chili powder, and also salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil, and then reduce heat. Let it boil for 20-30 minutes. Serve immediately.
